Contact List - Creating Contact in the Phone

If you choose to create contacts in your phone through EmplX, we may access and store the contact information you provide for this purpose. This information is handled securely and used exclusively for creating contacts within your phone.

Images/Documents - Upload as Attachments

When you upload images or documents as attachments in EmplX, this data is stored securely and used solely for the intended purpose within the application.

User's Precise Location

Our application utilizes the precise location feature for attendance marking purposes. When you use this feature, we may collect and process your device's precise location data to accurately record your attendance. This information is handled securely and used exclusively for attendance-related functions within the application.

We do not share your precise location data with third parties for promotional purposes. The collected location data is solely used for the intended purpose of attendance marking and is retained for [insert duration, e.g., the duration of the attendance event] or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

This information is handled securely and used exclusively for these application functions.

Access to Data

Access to personal data in MYwave Application Suites is restricted to authorized individuals identified by the respective customer. Authorized individuals include:

  1. Individuals to whom the data belong
  2. Appointed administrator/group administrator
  3. Account Managers from MYwave
  4. Payroll Personnel from MYwave (If MYwave provides Payroll Outsource)
  5. MYwave support team for inquiries from the respective customer

Access to Data By MYwave Support Team

MYwave support team may provide information in MYwave Application Suites upon requests from the above authorized individuals (a to d above). At no time will information be provided to any unauthorized individuals or parties.

In the event where a request is made to the support team to update any data in MYwave Application Suite, a formal request via email is required from an authorized individual to MYwave support team. Email requests should clearly state the request with justification to support@mywave.biz.

Collection/Sharing Of Data

MYwave does not collect and share data stored in MYwave applications with any third parties. All data stored is strictly for the respective customer only.

MYwave, however, collects active headcount information from MYwave Application solely for monthly invoicing purposes.

Security

MYwave takes security as its top priority. MYwave has deployed state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures to ensure all data in our system is secured against unauthorized access and misuse.

Acceptance, Validity, and Modification of Data Protection and Security

By using our website and application suites, you implicitly agree to accept the use of your personal data as specified above.
